Louise Luck, M.A.
Director
Louise Luck holds a Masters degree in Community Psychology. She has worked in the field of criminal advocacy since the time she graduated from college. Louise's parents were her inspiration. Both of her parents were teachers and chose to work with troubled youth, adult addicts, and the criminal population. Louise started her career working as a Probation Officer, New York State Parole Officer, and a Corrections Counselor. Inspired to serve a need in the greater community, she started Court Consultation Services, a defense based Setencing Advocacy and Capital Mitigation office. With her expertise she has developed alternative sentencing proposals, parole board memorandums, and bail reduction memos. Louise has worked on over three hundred capital cases in numerous states and federal courts. Louise has served several terms as a board member of the National Alliance of Sentencing Advocates and Mitigation Specialists.

Edward A. Hoffman, L.M.S.W.
Edward Hoffman graduated from NYU University Graduate School of Social Work. Prior to working for Court Consultation Services Edward was employed from 1971 to 2006 for Rockland County Probation. His most recent position there was Supervising Probation Officer. Edward conducted over 4,000 presentence, predisposition, and custody evaluations for local and state courts. In addition, Mr. Hoffman has 10 years of experience working with children and families as a Psychiatric Social Worker at the Frawley Out-Patient Clinic at Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, New York.
